There are 2 ways you can enroll.

Online

Once you’ve filled out your part of the enrollment form, we’ll let your doctor know it’s time for them to sign and submit it.

Connect with a case manager

Once you are enrolled, a case manager will call you to walk you through next steps.

Understand your coverage

Your case manager will conduct a benefits investigation to determine your insurance coverage and your eligibility for financial assistance.

Start your treatment 

We’ll help get you started on your medication, and ensure your selected specialty pharmacy fills and ships your prescriptions.

Stay in touch and supported 

Takeda Oncology Here2Assist will continue to support your treatment journey by offering:

  • Text message status updates and reminders*
  • Access to nurse navigators
  • myHere2Assist™ patient portal

*Patients will need to enroll in the texting program to receive text messages.

Your Takeda Oncology Here2Assist® case manager will help you with finding available financial assistance, determining insurance coverage, and connecting you to resources throughout your treatment journey.

Sometimes called a benefits verification, this is done on your behalf to see if your insurance covers a specific medicine.

A pharmacy that handles specialty medications and other services for patients with rare and/or chronic diseases. Specialty drugs are often delivered directly to your home.

Healthcare costs that you must pay on your own because they are not covered by Medicare or other insurance. These include deductibles, co-insurance, co-payments, and other service-related costs.
